Wow - isn't my thingy that displays album covers THE COOLEST!? Although for some records it displays 'the 100 greatest love songs' cover. This is because if it can't find the album cover it does a search based on the song title (but you CAN switch this off)

I just sit and stare at it all day... all... day... I'm transfixed...

You can download the album cover script from me! It's in ASP classic. I can't believe that, asp CLASSIC, ALREADY - I am doomed to be at least 3 years behind everyone :(

This script searches amazon based on an XML input. this XML can come from any MP3 player plugin that outputs XML. You might need to tweak it a bit to fit your particular needs.

Don't you think Google should run a phone in service? I'd be bloody amazing at that. Basically it would be a huge callcenter where everyone's on google & people who can't get to a computer could phone in and say "Who's that actor that looks a bit like Nick Nolte?" (It's Gary Busey by the way) or you could check their mail or anything. Wow, I'd be so good at that. That's my ultimate job - to be a professional internet user... and a musician, and own a cafe.

I wrote a song last night called "Waiting for a death in the family" It's not as depressing as it sounds; basically, I've never had anyone in my family die & it's just about EVERYONE in my family dieing - Gran falling out of a tree, my uncle falling down a well, my dad shooting his brother and them himself etc etc - it's going to be ace!

This blog thing is wierd, I never thing I have anything to write about but when I start it's very hard to stop. I could draw a comparison with exercise, you never FEEL like exercising, but when you actually do - it's really good fun & you feel really great after!
