My god - just did a DJ audition for the radio - it's part of their music & radio festival. The rehearsal was really good but then 4 DJs came in & were watching me like a hawk for the real thing. I was so nervous it sounded like I had a pacemaker in my throat & I basically messed it up. I kept on repeating myself & completely lost track of where I was on the script.

Having said that - they said I had alot of petential, they said I ahd a niche as I'm a girl and wasn't doing the 'sexy girl' thing & giggling alot. One of them asked if I smoked alot of weed - that was probably in response to my mock interview in which I was interviewing an artist with a gammy hand, hmm. Seemed like a funny idea at the time - but the voice turned more & more into Jimmy Savle (now then). It was quite interesting, i hope I get a second audition cause I'd pace it alot better & say all the things I meant to say.

Mat Brown network associates came round to sort out the ADSL in my new flat - half an hour he said, Half an hour! It naturally took all afternoon well into the evening the poor bloke. Basically he was splitting out existing ADSL line into 4 so all the hosue could share it. unfortunately we're on the cheapo service so it's like using a modem. The guy who owns the line seemed a bit skeptical & said "wouldn't it be easier if we installed a second line" hmm, yes - if you call £16/month BT line rental + £25/month ADSL rental - £100 connection charge to BT & £60 ASDSL line conenction & up to a month wait easier - YES I SUPPOSE IT IS.
